Pilates instructor passionate about helping you optimize the body you were given.
Movement and dance have been my favorite type of expression since I was three years old. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, I decided to pursue a career in Pilates through the STOTT PILATES® method, which brought me to truly understand my core and stability. Even after having my first baby, I had never felt more secure and grounded in myself than I do now.
If your goals are aesthetic, just know you're already beautiful. However, I can help you get stronger, more flexible, and more aligned. It's time for you to feel better in your body - let's do iittt!!

My workout style includes Pilates, barre, dance-inspo, Kpop workout choreo, and fascial movement. These workouts range from 4 minutes to 30 minutes, so take your pick! Or send me a request and I'll add it to my queue.

studio privates and duos
My studio is in Renton, WA, inside a clinic called Maya Whole Health. I create personalized workouts for you, tailored to your needs and goals. Your workouts will include the reformer, chair, and countless props (more equipment to come). Bring a friend for duo sessions! Your body will thank you. Come in 2-3 times a week for the best results!

pilates intensive
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with a six week program. You'll join me in the studio for four sessions per week, and deep dive into your goals. Bring a friend or partner along for the journey, and you'll both receive a 33% discount. Message me for more info.
