Movement and dance have been my favorite type of expression since I was three years old. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, I decided to pursue a career in Pilates through the STOTT PILATES® method, which brought me to truly understand my core and stability. Even after having my first baby, I had never felt more secure and grounded in myself than I do now.

Pilates training plans
I upload one to two workouts to my channel every week. My workout style ranges from my main gig, Pilates, to barre, dance-inspo, Kpop workout choreo, and fascial movement. These workouts range from 4 minutes to 30 minutes, so take your pick! Or send me a request and I'll add it to my queue.
My studio is in Bellevue, WA, inside a clinic called SageMED. I create personalized workouts for you, tailored to your needs and goals. Your workouts will include every piece of Pilates equipment (reformer, Cadillac, chair, and countless props). Your body will thank you. Come in 2-3 times a week for the best results!
